Pay View processes only the information required to operate the app:
- Shopify store information such as the store domain and the OAuth session required to authenticate the merchant.
- Payment customization configuration created by the merchant and stored through Shopify APIs.
- Operational logs required to diagnose errors and keep the app secure.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our app’s functionality.
- To respond to support requests initiated by the merchant.

Customer Data
Pay View's web server does not request or store customer profiles, orders, or payment credentials. When a merchant configures a rule that uses customer or B2B conditions, Shopify Functions can process limited checkout context supplied by Shopify, such as authentication status, order count, amount spent, tag-match results, or company status. This context is evaluated transiently within Shopify's platform and is not sent to or retained by our web server.
Data Retention and Deletion
OAuth session records are retained while the app is installed and are deleted when Shopify sends an app uninstall or shop redaction webhook. Merchants may also request deletion by contacting us.
Your Rights
